Interview

All registered Creative Compass creative professionals will be reviewed by our recruiters to assess fit for any of our open positions. If we find your background matches the need for an active client project, we will be in touch to schedule an interview by phone or Skype. Moving forward, our goal is to match projects with your experience and interests.

Project Assignment

If accepted by our client, you can begin your project assignment immediately. While on a project, Creative Compass collects your time and pays you on a weekly basis. We offer an optional, competitively-priced benefits package for the duration of the assignment. Our clients have a wide variety of full-time and part-time assignments, on a short-term and long-term basis.
